Looking for a new adventure?
The charity gets so many wonderful comments - but the reality is, we can't
do this amazing work, without amazing people! We are always looking for more volunteers to join our team - whether you're interested in hands on
care, transport, fundraising or helping with releases, we want to hear from you!
Phobias and considerations
Before you apply, we just need to
let you know...
All medications are administered by needles, whilst you won't be administering, you will sometimes be in sight of needles.
We never know what will be admitted so please consider this if you're squeamish.
Cleaning out does involve a lot of bending. In winter it does get hold, esp if hogs are housed outside and in summer (although we have air conditioning) it can be very warm.
Volunteers need to be able to commit to at least 3 shifts per month.
BUT WE PROMISE IT IS ALL WORTH IT AND VERY REWARDING.
